An interesting project to get some reps in for my AI Training and Conversation Design abilities. This chatbot is designed to act as a concierge around this very portfolio. It can answer questions about a few select projects here as well as my professional design experience. As simple as it is, it’s a bit complex under the hood.
I lead a cross-functional team to investigate and validate the need for a platform to drive government AI knowledge sharing and adoption, including the collection of AI use cases and other products and resources to inform leaders, connect practitioners, and share best practices throughout the AI community.
Wells Fargo’s entry into the “Robo Advisor” range of investment products. Partnering with a vendor for the underlying technical framework, I lead the design to create an interface for return clients after their account is setup and aged. Understanding this task meant laying out journey maps to identify key points of interaction.
While engaging some smaller companies that often rely on one source for design needs (UX and visual) I was made aware that it wasn’t apparent that I could actually do this kind of visually creative work. This came as a surprise. My foundation for design began with graphics and animation.
My experience with large teams in large companies where the work is more specialized was giving folks the misconception that I don’t get down like that anymore. So to set the record straight, yes, I do still get down like that.
